Personality Test (select print the entire workbook:  then take your master to the copy machine for 1 per person):  After students complete and conferences are over ask the students to go to 4 corners of the room and discuss how accurate the test was and what it means.

Collect signed enrollment forms and 4 year plans.  Put in career portfolios and return to the appropriate counselor.  If a student does not have the enrollment form and 4 year plan signed by their parent then you will need to call and sign off over the phone.

 

Talk to the students that have not signed up for A+. Go to the student screen, click on the page 3 tab, and look for the A+ box to be marked in the bottom right of the screen.

Post-Secondary Preparation

Each topic below is a station.  Split your advisory into 4 groups.  Each station will study a copy of the materials for each station to become experts on that station and prepare to present the information to the class.  Facilitate a discussion about the differences needed to apply for college, MCC (Metropolitan Community College), the military, and job applications.  You will need at least 6 copies of each attachment for the station.
