In December 2005, I graduated from the University Central Missouri with a Bachelors of Science in Education Degree within the area of Early Childhood Special Education ! I received my Masters degree in Special Education with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders from the University of Kansas in June of 2010! Go Jayhawks!
After graduating from Central Missouri in December of 2005, I began working for the North Kansas City School District as a paraprofessional within an Early Childhood Special Education classroom. Then in the summer of 2005, I taught within their Extend School Year program in an Early Childhood Special Education classroom.
I began my teaching career at Liggett Trail Education Center in August of 2006. This is my sixth year at LTEC. I absolutely love the staff, parents, and kiddos here at LTEC!
