LTEC earns family-based PTA award

The Liggett Trail Education Center PTA recently won a PTA Take Your Family to School Week Award. This is a program that emphasizes the importance of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and siblings to the school community. Liggett Trail was one of 32 schools in the nation to receive the award and was awarded a check of $1897, in honor of the date PTA was founded, February 17, 1897.
