I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and a Master's of Science in Communication Disorders. I have gone on to obtain my certification of clinical competency.

I began my career with the Blue Springs School District as a Speech Language Pathologist and have since transitioned into the role of Special Education Process Coordinator/Diagnostician.  I currently facilitate the special education process and procedures for students at Liggett Trail Education Center in the Early Childhood Special Education program and students in the school aged program ranging in age from kindergarten age eligible to twenty-one years of age.
