This link will take you to the Scholastic Reading Counts website, where you can search by title or author for books with Reading Counts Quizzes. Our library will have a majority of these quizzes.
This link will open a spreadsheet of all the Reading Counts quizzes we have in the library. At the bottom of the spreadsheet you will find tabs with the grade levels on them. Choose the grade level you are looking for to find books appropriate to your students reading level. Quizzes are updated monthly, follow the links below to find new quizzes.
This is my 14th year teaching in the Blue Springs School District. My first 12 years was spent teaching 6th grade Social Studies, mainly at Delta Woods Middle School. This is my second year as a Library Media Specialist and my second year at Brittany Hill Middle School. I have my Social Studies certification in grades 5-12 from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Masters degree in Library Media Sciences from the University of Central Missouri.
I have been married to my husband Frank for 12 years and we have two children, Raya who is 8 and Reece who is 4.
