Scholastic Book Fair will be held March 13-March 17, 2005.  The book fair will close at noon on Friday.

The Reading Counts! quiz list for Brittany Hill may be found on the Brittany Hill Web page.  This list will be updated every year by the end of October.  There is also a copy of this list by title and author at the Mid-Continent North Library.  Scholastic does not offer all titles in quiz form, but we will be happy to make a list of wanted quizzes and send to Scholastic for consideration.  The Media Center does often obtain books from the Scholastic Book Fair, but most books are ordered through other sources.  While we do have over 5,000 quizzes available, we do not have all the books on the lists in our BHMS library.

Please check with your child's teacher to determine the number of points required and when he or she is scheduled to come to the Media Center to take a quiz. The normal Library Media Center times are 8:10 AM- 3:30 PM.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Media Center. 

The Reading Counts Breakfast to celebrate those students who achieve 90 points or more during the semester will be held in the BHMS cafeteria Thursday, January 5, 2006 and Thursday, May 11, 2006.  Parents are invited to help celebrate this great accomplishment, so ask you child if they have received their invitation the week of the breakfast.
