| Parents who wish to enroll a student in the district must also provide proof of residency in one of the following ways:
Statement/Bill (not more than 30 days old) for service from a utility company that shows the utility service location, the resident's name, street address, and city.
One of the following is required:

Water statement of account
- Water bill
- Electric bill
- Gas bill
On-line payment information/statements are acceptable with the official online utility statement. SHUT OFF and DISCONNECT NOTICES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
The person(s) enrolling the student is Leasing Property and the lease shows that all utilities are paid as a portion of the rent, this will be accepted in place of a utility bill.
The following is required:
A signed (by all parties) and dated lease agreement that shows the address and phone numbers of the lessee AND lessor
