Moreland Ridge Middle School PTSA
WELCOME to our web page! The Moreland Ridge Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is a local PTSA unit located in the Three Trails region of the Missouri Congress of Parents and Teachers (Missouri PTA), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (National PTA).
The objectives of the Moreland Ridge Middle School PTSA, in common with those of the National PTA and the Missouri PTA are:
- To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship.
- To raise the standards of home life.
- To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.
- To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently.
- To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and adults through social and spiritual education.
Membership is open to anyone who believes in the mission and purposes of PTSA. Every person who joins a local PTSA/PTA unit automatically becomes a member of the state and national PTAs.
Together we are a powerful voice for children. With your help, we can continue to work toward PTA's goal of a quality education and nurturing environment for every child.
All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend our PTSA board and unit meetings. It's a great way to learn more about what is going on in your child's academic life. Our board meetings are held in the Media Center and begin at 5:45 pm. The unit meeting begins around 6:45 pm followed by a school program. The meeting dates remaining for the school year are listed below; we hope you'll consider joining us!
